Images of the Shepherd statue!! (Thought you might enjoy seeing this.)

This is a 9-inch tall, 3D-printed statue of The Shepherd based on the artwork of Luca Panciroli (artist for The Egyptian Story--offered for free on our Story page; and the forthcoming The Burning Maid story arc--wait til you see this one!) And yes, we know, it IS unbearably cool. This is the first time that this statue is being offered to the public! All statues will come numbered and autographed on the base by both Andrea Lorenzo Molinari and Roberto X. Molinari. However—be aware that this is a very limited run of only TEN copies.
Now, obviously, these first photos are the finished product. However, we thought you might enjoy seeing some of the behind the scenes aspects of the actual printing. This first image is of the initial stages of the print. Look carefully--the statue is actually being printed upsidedown! At this early stage, we can just make out the back of the hood and the crook of the staff...
Mind you, the entire printing process took over 20 hours! Here is a picture from much later in the process...
Here is what the statue looks like once it is taken from the printer. (You can see that there is clean-up work to do.)
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this little sneak peek! Thank you ALL for your support. Every pladge matters to us. More information soon!!

Hello backers!
We are now TEN days into the campaign and JUST shy of $4000 on our $5000 goal! Thank you so much for your support of this project, and to help us break this tonight I've introduced TWO new premiums that TWO (or maybe even one) lucky backer can grab.
They are:
Pressworks Black: The Pitt, Page 7
Pressworks Black: The Pitt, Page 9
Presworks Printer plates are 12 mm aluminum sheets that are used to print comics via offset printing. There is a total of 4 different plates Black, Yellow, Magenta (Pink) and Cyan (Blue) per offset print run.
Since the ink doesn't end in the same way they are impossible to duplicate. Even if scout did another run, they wouldn't come out the same. The ones you have are always 100% unique and thus always 1 of 1.
As such there is no rarer add-on, as these are literally 1-of-1.
Black Plates tend to be the most clear in terms of image quality so they usually sell for more.
Scout Comics sells comparable plates for other pages for $80+
But YOU my lucky backers get each for just $50 + S/H. 40% off!
Each plate comes with a certificate of authenticity, printing date, and signature by Shepherd writer/creator Andrea Molinari!
All you have to do is:
- Have backed The Shepherd at $14 or more.
- Add one (or both) onto that pledge before someone else does!
And if that sounds cool, We ALSO have SIX remaining "Warhols". What's a "Warhol" you ask?
EXCLUSIVE WARHOLS (30% Off!)
Remember when I said there are four of each color? Well a "Warhol" is the incredibly rare instance where ALL FOUR plates come out looking AMAZING and thus are sold as a set!
Scout sells these without a signature STARTING at $280:
But again through this kickstarter YOU can get them WITH a signature and certificate of authenticity for just 30%! How cool is that?
So please, help us hit our goal and get yourself an incredible one-of-a-kind piece of comic art for a terrific price at the same time!
Damage Inc. is another horror book you might be interested in taking a look at. They have some extremely interesting character design and compelling inkwork:
And overall, an off-the wall story premise that makes the book quirky, horrifying, and just genuinely compelling as a fantasy/horror crossover.
They currently have 14 days left and a little over $600 left to hit goal, so if you find yourself intrigued head over and show them some love!
